Coffee Liqueur Cocktails
Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml – Coffee liqueur
- 25ml – coffee espresso
- 2-4 big ice cubes
- Cocktail shaker
Take ice cubes out of freezer. Make your favorite shot of espresso. Add the coffee liqueur, coffee espresso and ice cubes to shaker. Shake well for +-30 seconds. Strain in to glass.
You can substitute the espresso shot for a strong shot of instant coffee if espresso is not available.
Dark and Stormy
Ingredients
- 50ml – Coffee liqueur
- 150ml – Ginger beer
- Orange zest
- Ice cubes
Fill glass with with ice. Add coffee liqueur and top it up with ginger beer. Garnish with orange zest
Iced coffee
Ingredients
- 50ml – Coffee liqueur
- Milk or a milk alternative e.g. macadamia or oat
- Ice cubes
Fill glass with with ice. Add coffee liqueur and top it up with milk or a milk alternative.
Fig Liqueur Cocktails
Figgy Tonic
Ingredients
- 50ml – Fig liqueur
- 100-200ml – Tonic water
- Lime wedge
- Ice cubes
Fill glass with with ice. Add Fig liqueur and top it up with tonic. Garnish with a lime wedge

- 75-100ml sparkling wine
- Ice cubes

Fill cup with ice cream add fig liqueur and and chocolate sauce.

- 50ml – Spiced liqueur
- 100-200ml – Appletizer
- 50-100ml – Soda water
- Cinnamon Stick
- Ice cubes
Fill glass with with ice. Add 50ml Spiced liqueur, 100ml Appletizer and 50ml Soda water. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
